This page is organized like a shared drive: add a row whenever a new practice plan, drill sheet, or guide is ready, and link the filename directly to the document (Google Drive, Dropbox, or a file hosted in this same folder).

Click any area of the field to open that topic. Blue marks defensive skills, red marks offensive skills, and purple marks resources that cover both.

  • No pitcher may appear as a pitcher for three consecutive days, regardless of pitch count.
  • Do not exceed 100 combined innings pitched in any 12-month period.
  • Take at least 4 months off from throwing every year, with 2-3 of those months continuous.
  • Avoid pitching in multiple games on the same day, or for multiple teams at the same time.
  • Avoid playing catcher on days a player isn't pitching.
  • Always warm up properly, and monitor for signs of fatigue.
